Please take note of the following information regarding sessions over the next 2 weeks. JP and Jane are both off to Glasgow for the British Champs this Wednesday. Therefore there are changes to some of the sessions. There are also some changes due to Easter.

Thursday 10 April	JP Morning Training 5-7am = CANCELLED Jane Morning Training 7-8am =CANCELLED Masters and evening sessions running as normal
Friday 11 April	JP Morning Training 5-7am = CANCELLED Masters and evening sessions running as normal
Saturday 12 April	JP and Jane Morning Training/Land Training 6-8am = CANCELLED Bi/Tri, Masters and afternoon sessions running as normal
Sunday 13 April	Sessions running as normal
Monday 14 April	JP Morning Training 5-7am = CANCELLED Jane Morning Training 5.30-7 = CANCELLED Masters and evening sessions running as normal
Tuesday 15 April	JP Morning Training 5-7am = CANCELLED Jane Morning Training 7-8 running as normal Masters and evening sessions running as normal
Wednesday 16 April	Sessions running as normal
Thursday 17 April	Sessions morning and evening running as normal *Those who usually swim with Jane on a Monday Morning 5.30-7.30 will swim today 17 April 5.30-7.30am. Those who train on the Wednesday as well will be swimming until 8.00/8.15pm in order to give rest for the morning.
Friday 18 April	ALL SESSIONS CANCELLED MORNING AND EVENING (GOOD FRIDAY)
